When should an evaluation be conducted?

Psychological evaluation is a vast field. An evaluation can be ordered by the court for various reasons, such as civil cases (often when there is conflict between parents), but equally for penal cases (sexual abuse / neglect). Evaluation offers, under court control, an objective-as-possible analysis of the situation. We recommend you first contact your lawyer if you want to employ our services in this area as the judge nominates the expert used.

An evaluation can also be arranged outside of court proceedings. The expert will produce an independent report containing their observations, which is supplied to both parties as agreed beforehand.
